Hello all , i am building the V5 version , does anyone knows why the resistor R28 is 180 Ohm , as I can see , 180 ohm in paralel with 5V ?

Power supply has a minimum load. It may not be required if you have other loads on the 5v and 12v rails like a LCD or WiFi.
