In south korea, it can not access this page.

How do i set up wi-fi module ? (IP Adress : 192.168.4.1 is wrong)

First you connect to the WiFi network "OpenEVSE" the password is "openevse". Once you are connected you should be able to reach 192.168.4.1.

How do you connect? I can't get those options from menu.
