If a product is backordered, we put the leadtime on the first line of the product description. The item you ordered 1 week ago has a 2 - 3 week leadtime.

I've placed an order over a week ago and have not had any information about when or if the order is going to be fulfilled. Contacted support via support form over 4 days ago and have not gotten any response form a human up tot his point.
Is this how all the orders go from this company?
