Stuck Relay new install

Hi,


I have recently moved house and having used an openevse charger for years wanted one at my new house :)


My electrition has installed the unit but it is reporting a stuck relay fault.  We have checked L1, L2 feeds which are both showing voltage, and also check there is no voltage on the output side of the relay.  Have also checked grounding of the board which all checks out.


It seems the controller is faulty but anything you can advise to test as I suspect the board is faulty

Can you post a picture from the insides how it is all wired up?
