I'm using Home Assistant to control my OpenEVSE based on my total home power usage. I purchased a Shelly EM with two 120A CTs to put on my main electrical service. I integrated it into Home Assistant. I installed the OpenEVSE repository in home assistant (https://github.com/firstof9/openevse) and then wrote automation in Home Assistant to control my OpenEVSE charger accordingly.
I'm not currently adjusting the charging amperage, but those settings do seem to be available. I'm just turning charging off when my house load exceeds a certain level. I also turn it off/on based on time of day.
I'm sure there's other ways to go about it, but Home Assistant is something I've been using for a while, so it felt like a good option for me.

In the OpenEVSE features, we have noticed that you do not include Automatic Power Control, and for Spain, it is an important feature. Automatic Control allows us to measure the power of our home and adjust the vehicle charger so that the power in my home does not exceed the maximum we have contracted. If this happens, the safety devices are triggered and it is a problem. I have a questions:
* Is it possible to integrate a power meter into OpenEVSE to adjust the charger's power?
