Hello, I'm an electronics hardware designer and an electric car owner. I appreciate so much the OpenEVSE project, so I decided to make an custom hardware design in order to make some modification to meet my needs:
Single PCB to fit in standard aluminum case BUD AN-2872-AB
Integrated ethernet port with Olimex ESP32-Gateway
Integrated temperature sensor
Integrated IO Extender with LED, button, and display, connector
Integrated RTC
Din Rail fixed to PCB to install a standard EU AC contactor
Insulated AC voltage reading
Minor fixes to original designed based on my experience.
In added an insulated circuit for reading AC voltage connected to ADC7 pin. Is it possible to implement the ac voltage reding in the firmware to make more accurate power measurements?
If is possible to talk with the OpenEVSE designer I can share my design.
