Juicebox Pro for multi tenant

Hi, have a new Juicebox Pro installed but could not initialize back in October since Enel stopped support. This unit is installed in a 21 unit townhome complex and was bought with the idea that individual townhome owners could use the juicebox and get nilled separately. The unit is now a brick since it has never been initialized and no one know how to do this and setup the individual billing. Can you guys solve this?

We can. Our replacement boards support OCPP1.6J, you can connect to many central management providors for tracking and billing.
