Charger boot looping when Wi-Fi module plugged in

Controller firmware 8.2.2 Wifi module firmware 5.1.2 I ran through the wifi wizard and update to the latest firmware but the whole time the charge controller just boot loops. Any suggestions? Video of behavior: https://youtube.com/shorts/JwalA4R46ac?si=k11YL6DS8P896dzz

Here is a pic, wifi removed but was kept separate taped to the top of the enclosure.

The most common reason for this behavior is running low voltage wires for coils, display, WiFi, etc too close to high voltage wires. The wires that trigger the relay are especially noisy. Can you post pictures from inside your station?
