Charger boot looping when Wi-Fi module plugged in

Controller firmware 8.2.2 Wifi module firmware 5.1.2 I ran through the wifi wizard and update to the latest firmware but the whole time the charge controller just boot loops. Any suggestions? Video of behavior: https://youtube.com/shorts/JwalA4R46ac?si=k11YL6DS8P896dzz

Any further suggestions ? Throughout all wiring locations the charger operated normally with no wifi module connected. Only boot loops when wifi module is plugged in. 

Can you confirm GFCI Self Test is disabled in the safety Settings of the WiFi?

I think that might be the problem, Its enabled on the wifi module but when i disable it doesnt seem to take it reenables. It does also look like its detecting a ground issue, in the wifi module that is no issue without module connected.
