Connector Status : Suspended

Hi, Currently i am integrating th OpenESVE Kit 7 kW to OCPP provider. But the statistik ia suspended. So i can not not charger to EV. What is thr caused of this suspended? Thank you Sonny

Who is the provider? 


How do you have the settings configured? 


How is the provider authentication? 


Do you have a Station ID set? 


Do you have a Card ID set? Are you using RFID?
