No values reported while charging

I just got my charger hooked up. The charger reports 0.0 on the LCD readout and the web interface for current power/Total Usage/Usage this Session when charging. I'm measuring 4400W on the circuit while charging through an external sensor, and the car is indeed charging, but the system reports 0.0 for all real-time and historical stats across the board. 


I'm on the latest firmware, does this sound like faulty hardware?

Most likely, the connector on the current measurement coil is loose or disconnected.


Step 9 in the guide covers connection of the current coil.

That was indeed the fix. All good now.
