Does anyone have the layout/measurements of mounting holes on the Advanced Series 40/48 enclosure?

I want to mount my advanced series 48 (it hasn't shipped yet) charger on a pedestal. The Leviton EPED2 looks like a good aesthetic fit for my location but I'd like to have some idea of how mounting is going to play out, if I'll need to make a transition bracket or something.

Or can you recommend a pedestal solution that worked well for you? I'm definitely looking for a more polished look than a 4x4 post.
