We would suggest reporting software bugs on our Github page. Here is the WiFi firmware that controls the Eco feature.

I have been using openevse for a while now - about 3-4 months
And I am pretty happy with its performance, but...
On a couple of ocasions I had to reboot the charger - via web interface - and it seems that if the car is plugged in, it does start charging straight away , even when in Eco- PV divert mode.
Is not a deal breaker, but seems something is not right
I'm running last version ( I think) 8.2.0and web 4.1.4
Let me know if you guys have the same problem
