 Hello, i have done and installed a sytem based on 380V 16A line, i set all parameters for 16A current limit, however the car (VW ID3) still chargin only at 5A, not at full expected 16A as set on system ad as limit of internal battery charger of the car.

Any suggestion on how to check ?

NO error or message are displayed, i try to set service level 2 in adavnced mode, same issue.

Solved, problem is located on proximity signal, on EVSE is not explaind how is managed, so i solved in hard mode, 680ohm resistor from PP to ground, now is charging on 16A 11KW.

I hope this could help some one other.
