Diode check and vent required error

I recently installed my openevse but as soon as I connect the car to the openevse i get the message "Diode check error". If i disable this check from the admin panel there appears a new error "vent required". 
Do someoby knows any idea about fixing that?

Are you sure the Control Pilot is correctly connected and not swapped with Proximity pilot?
