Hello. I have set a 32A charging limit for our Mustang Mach E (because 48A charging is noisy as can be on this car). I frequently get overcurrent errors (it happened twice in the last charge cycle). My Ford pass app will send a notification that the charge timer did not start as expected. At the evse, it is lit up in red with a current indication that is greater than 32A (usually 36-38A). Logging into the evse via its IP address shows the overcurrent error. Does anyone know what would cause the current delivery above the 32A limit that I set and how I can fix this?
The over current error means the reading is over the set value. If you believe the reading is incorrect, you can calibrate the station's current meter. Guide below.
