Phase ordering is not important as long an Neutral is correct.

Is the order of the phases for a 3-phase setup critical? I'm asking because I plan to create a portable 3-phase Type-2 charger and want to know if I need to worry about the provided phases (ordering) in "rogue" connectors I might encounter.
