Hi, i have read in one of your discussion about adding board to Arduino IDE. Is your board act as arduino?

Another thing if this is so, will there be source code available in Arduino?

Could you also provide over all FLOW of the system ?

OpenEVSE uses the Atmel 328p microprocessor which is the same as used in the Arduino UNO.
