Lcd screen backlight uniformity

There are no known problems with the LCD backlight. There are three primary colors Red Green and Blue. Are all the colors the same or is it just purple?
The green is good, blue is mostly ok, red and purple not good.
Maybe an isolated problem. Looks like shadow or mark on diffuser element behind the lcd glass.
Nevertheless is still usable.
