Can the OpenEVSE work on an ungrounded 240V delta transformer? I would be connecting my chevy volt so it is J1772, with 240V L-L, no neutral, with earth ground. No ground connection to the neutral on the transformer.
It looks like the 3-phase diagram shows the OpenEVSE working without GFCI or RCD protection internally. In that case, should I have external protection?
If so, any suggestions on external protection on an ungrounded delta?

OpenEVSE does not use a neutral, just 2 lines and a ground. Even if configured with a NEMA 14-50 the neutral pin is not connected.
