Hello, been using my charger for quite a while....recently it stopped working. Opened up my case and found one of the main power feeds to the relay melted. Looks like a bad crimp caused a hot spot. The relay looked damaged too so I replaced it along with the wire. Both fuses to the main system are good too. The unit powers up and does the self test. I seem to always remember hearing two relay clicks. Now it's only one. No errors on the LCD. Just for the heck of it I reflashed the board with the same firmware and it took the flash with no errors. Same result. Stuck on what to look at next. Thinking the transients during the big failure may have blown something else up...... Thoughts?
