Padlock for J1772

A number of EVSE vendors supply units equipped with a J1772 connector that can be padlocked.  For example:

I cannot tell from the picture if the connected in the OpenEVSE store is lockable.  Is it?  If not, does anyone know where to buy one that is lockable?
