Thanks for the information. I don’t care that much about the temperature but the current measurement would be nice. I guess I will pass for now.

Based on the age, the Wifi would work however you would have limited monitoring capibilities. You could upgrade the display to get a temperature sensors, but the current measurement feature was not added until the OpenEVSE v2.5 board.

I have a OpenEVSE Plus I bought March 1 2013. it has worked great. It has the RBG display no real time clock.
Will the new WiFi connectivity kit work with my setup?
