Zoe compatibility?

Hi All We've just bought a Zoe ZE50 and considering replacing out older EO Mini worg OpenEV to maximise solar production Can anyone confirm that the car is happy to take varying amps and will stop/restart if falls below the 6amp threshold. Thanks Arden

The SAE\IEC standards REQUIRE your vehicle to respond within 5 seconds of change to the pilot signal duty cycle (current allowed). There is no reason the car should be unhappy following the published standard. OpenEVSE will stop the charging below 6A by turning off the pilot signal again the vehicle is REQUIRED to comply.
