Wifi GUI problem with syn, Wrong Month

Firmware: 4.8.0
Protocol: 3.0.1
Firmware: 2.4.2
Location : SF, CA
Browser: Version 61.0.3163.100 (Official Build) (64-bit) Chrome

When I press sync for Date and Time ( Automatic ) time is correct, but why does the month reset to October, when it should be November?
