How do I set the Maximum Current available to the Vehicle? Print

The Maximum Current is communicated to the vehicle with the SAE J1772 Pilot signal. The current can be set with the LCD buttion menu, the Remote API or uploading new firmware.

To set the current with the button and LCD:

Press and hold button to enter the Menu
Quickly press the button to run through the options
Select (Press and hold) Current or Setup (then Current on newer firmware)
Quickly press the button to run through the options
Select (Press and hold) the desired current
Exit Menu
